Lets discuss ideas and suggestions here. Hopefully we see tech2 EW ships with unique boni and maybe unique items.
I would love to have area of effect module, especially to kill this blobs, trying to stay close to each other. Will be fun to web/scramble/jamm them with tech2 EW cruisers.

gall - the EW cruiser is the Celestis it has a bonus to sensor damps, an area effect sensor damp would be 'intresting'
maybe a range bonus on them as well, as anything that can jam a whole fleet is gonna want to hide behind the big boys/girls |

Lots of chat about it before, but interdictor cruisers sound nice.
Probably either a massive range/strength boost to webbers and scramblers. Though it would be nice to see a bonus in anchoring warp bubbles.
Moving on to EW specifically. A while ago the devs were mentioning area-effect clouds that have an effect on targeting/speed/damage/resists/etc. Would be nice to see some of these as portable field generators, much like warp bubbles. Affecting both friend and foe.
Chuck both the warp bubbles, and area effect bubbles above; as a direct module onto a T2 cruiser. I'd be a happy bunny. Of course, give the modules some huge nerf on non-classed ships (like cloaks and gang modules).
Imagine, for example, your gang being pulled out of mid-warp into a field where your and your enemies ships are webbed.

I would like to see specific E/W cruisers, and i imagine theyd have the shield/armour resists as the HAC and good locking distances 100km+ and have bonuses along the lines of
1 ship specific turret bonus with the cruiser skill (eg +5-10% rail range for caldari, +5% damage for galante, +5% rof for Minmater and -10% cap use for Amarr) along with one of the following. (The T2 skill would give the other two bonuses)
5-10% EW Strength 5-10% EW Falloff 5-10% EW Range
Add to this needing skills like Electronics, E/W 5 etc..
And a balanced slot layout, Something like 3 highslots and 5 midslots (6 for caldari, 4 for amarr) 3 lowslots (4 for amarr 2 for caldari)
Something along those lines anyway,

Some kind of mode the ship can go into that shuts down all warp drives within 350km.
And a 'Tracking Limpet' you can launch to latch onto ships, which highlights them for the person who launched it, much like a cynosural field. The pilot can warp to the victim at their safespot.
Also needed modules are 'Jump Scrambler I' and 'Account Unsubscriber I', both of which can only be used on the Interdictor.
