For some odd reason, I cannot reply to any posts. I can create new topics, but not make any replys. Anyone know anything about this?
And why doesn't my damn piccy work? Used to be an exclamation point, but now it's all black. Do I need to wait for my pic to be generated somewhere?
Everyone keeps saying "check the "Use as default box" in settings.", but I've done that days ago, and still no pic

Try sending off an email to support asking whats wrong with your pic, they might be able to help.
As to why the reply button as disppeared, I have no idea they might be doing some board maintenence at a guess

There are some bugs with the forums at the moment, I believe they're being worked on now.
Please be patient, and hopefully it should not take too long to resolve.
Ah, and here is the reply button again.

Funny how when I reported this to support I was politely told to check my Internet explorer security settings... I mean come on people... I've even been told that my picture not appearing is down to a firewall... strange how I can see everyone else's... I work on a support desk... I don't even use those lines anymore!

Well, I'm pretty sure that the support gyt didn't misinform you on purpose :o) The chances of the Reply button being removed from the server side is smaller than the chance that your Explorer settings are screwed
I guess he didn't know that this was occurring to everyone at the time.
Regarding the picture, I don't see how a firewall would be of any problem, as it's just a matter of a picture being generated and displayed. If the firewall was the problem, then you'd have no graphics at all. I think that somewhere along the road, the automatic picture-generator on the CCP server stopped working, and we just got stuck with no pic.

That, my friend, is a very good question... Nothing I've heard so far has made the picture appear... so the answer has yet to be given!
