Wheya	Posted - 2005.09.14 08:48:00 - [1] This fine ship is available (for a starting bid that is completely ignoring the costs of the BPOs) to pilots who fulfill following requirements: - you must be Caldari or Amarr - you must have have a >= 3.0 Amarr Empire or Khanid Kingdom faction standing - you must have a negative Minmatar standing - you must not be an enemy of the Amarr Empire and/or the Khanid Kingdom starting bid: 2 billion reserve: no isk reserve but I reserve the right not to sell to people I dislike. buyout: none bid increments: 25m auction end: 23:59 16.09.107 EST sniper rule: 15 minutes ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ The highest valid bidder will not only receive the Revelation (of course) but also a reduction in price based on his standings that are visible (not influenced by skills) to the public. Caldari get a 0.008 bonus for Amarr Empire standings or a 0.009 bonus for Khanid Kingdom standings above 2.0. Amarr get a 0.009 bonus for Amarr Empire standings or a 0.01 bonus for Khanid Kingdom standings above 2.0. example: Caldari with 3.0 Amarr standing offers 2 b. He would have to pay 2 b * (1 - ( (3 - 2) * 0.008) ) = 1.984 b. Amarr A with 4.5 Amarr standing offers 2.025 b. He would have to pay 2.025 b * (1 - ( (4.5 - 2)* 0.009) ) = 1.9797375 b. Amarr B with 9.99 Khanid standing offers 2.05 b. He would have to pay 2.05 b * (1 - ( (9.99 - 2) * 0.01) ) = 1.8862050 b. Amarr B wins the auction because of highest offer but will pay less than the Caldari or Amarr A. I got a second Revelation in stock which I might offer to the second highest bidder if I like his bid.

My minmatar standings are remnants from my past as a concord sanctioned pilot, and my relatively poor khanid standing is a result of my work for the amarri industrialist corps. I'd like to add that i have a standing of 5.60 with the court chamberlain and have met the emperor himself on several occasions.

Trevedian, I really thought about considering your offer. You fulfill all requirements but your history as merc against Amarr loyalists and especially your behaviour on the forum during your short time in Khanid Legion forces me to activate my right: "I reserve the right not to sell to people I dislike". Before your enemies rejoice I feel the need to say they have not earned much honor themselve in this forum flame war. Highest valid offer still comes from Caya with 2 b.
