I have recently recieved access to the Great Wildands region\o/
I am interesting in a few things.
whats the traffic like in the evening (us east)
how far away is high end ore from a station (crokit, Ark, bist, gnies)
whats a good mining setup for a solo appoc
whats a good npc setup for a solo appoc

solo apoc mining (warp stabs or heavy combat drones and a armour tanker with good caps for recharging)
NPCIng well best to go co op if u can with corp - alliance buddies
Traffic - moderate to heavy

Well u3k has ark and little of whatever gives you morphite not to mention loads of belts.
Check this site out and it'll bscily tell you where ore is by how low the sec is for systems.
System Security
QQ3 has an angel 7/10 complex and 6eg right next door to qq3 has really good npcing since its very low sec status and its soverign to the thukker tribe so its far better than non soverign areas to npc like all the areas people are fighting over atm deep in 0.0.
If you check pirate and faction ships destroyed on the map you can basicly tell where to gank people or where there is a complex in all of eve. If its over 200 ships destroyed in the last 24 hours odds are decent there is a complex.
V-IH is an uber npcing area, but by looking at the pirate ships killed in the last 24 hours is 0 at the moment in V-IH which seems odd to me so it appears there is some fighting going on there recently.
All in all Great Wildlands is wayyyy better for npcing than all the non soverign areas that people seem to want so bad. It also has way lower sec status than in curse so great wildlands is better in that respect too.

Speaking from first hand experience, U3k is a good place to mine, but that's why -V- does it on a regular basis there. Don't try to mine there unless you have good standings with -V-.

Actually it's not very good at all. It only has about 6 belts which are often empty. We used to mine there heavely though, so that might be a good place for you to go. The systems leading up to it are pretty nice to NPC though... Also it is a long way of the beaten path so you can go there without being noticed much.

Not really tru with the NPC's being angels, which are a pain to fly against in comparison to others. Also curse is like empire when it comes to stations, which makes npcing there allot easier. GW only has a few, and those are probably used by -V- allot these days, so becarefull if your not on good relations with them.

6EG7-R and two neighboring systems have ark and other rares (with hidden belts!), and are probably less traveled than U3K.

Why does it have the gheyest name of all the regions? That's what I'd like to know. Only Crazy Wildlands or Uber Wildlands would be worse.
