Okay so CCP Rise we were told there would be an explaination as to why the nerf bat is being swung on ship resist boni, I understand that you guys have been frantically rehashing some of the more ... unfortunate proposed changes and de racialisation of the BS class but some of us are quite interested to see how you are going to justify nerfing non alpha doctrine ships.
So, the question is as title, when can we expect this? |
