Hello eve community,
I'm running complexes quite often and at the end, after salvaging with my noctis, I find myself surrounded by many cargo containers filled with precious loot. Now I was wondering whether there's a way to loot faster than double-clicking every single can and pushing the "Loot All" button every single time. It takes very long to loot all of them, especially when your ping is not perfect at the moment.
So, is there a possibility to loot all containers within range at once? Or some other trick, that would improve the whole issue?
Thanks in advance and have a nice day.

Yeah, that's how i'm doing it too.
I usually also triple click the cans in overview, as doubleclick is often not recognized immediately.
There really should be a keybind for 'open container'. |

I feel sheepish, Been right click, open can, for the last year. Didn't know double click would open it. :) Reason and logic never wins over Stubborn and Convinced (But I still try..) |

Instead of double clicking, you can also bind a key for locking (i use one of my extra mouse buttons), its faster then to lock every container around so you can loot them. |

Here is a tip: Viewing (and looting) a wreck first is faster then salvaging and then looting the leftover container. There is a noticeable delay opening a container vs opening a wreck.
This is likely because of optimization (or lack thereof) in one of the two cases in the game code. A dev would have to confirm.
I've found the fastest overall method to be: 1) Tractor in range 2) Start salvager 3) Deactivate tractor and tractor new wreck 4) Loot wreck before salvager cycle in 3) completes 5) Target more wrecks as soon as salvage cycle completes
With perfect salvaging skills almost all wrecks salvage in one cycle. You have to be fast to loot before the salvager cycle completes. |

This is the way I do it. Still a pain and opened thread to see if a faster method exists :) |

Not sure how this is faster than opening the can after it has been salvaged, you will still need to double click or click open in the selector. I just tractor, switch on salvager switch off tractor, tractor next one until wrecks further away take some time to get in then just double click the cans when I get a chance and continue to tractor and slavage and whenever there is a break, spam loot all. Salvaging requires way more effort than missioning.. hehe
