The concept for this thread is simple. CCP have shown that, given enough time and prodding, they will eventually tweak ships and fix blatant screwups with them (like thorax dronebay > vexors....).
THEREFORE in this thread, list the ship you think is broken, and what is wrong with it. NO SOLUTIONS, NO SUGGESTIONS, NO FIXES. Just what is underpowered or overpowered and why. We will let CCP look at the problems and solve accordingly. Please also read the Mk2 sticky first so you dont repeat something already fixed.
I'll begin.
Sacrilege Problem: No Role So low damage output that it cannot kill other HACs without dedicated nos/neut setup. Cannot solo any normal BS setup whatsoever. Useless missle bonus. While tank is OK, it will still not hold up against 3AFs, 2 HACS or 2 BSs, and with a good tank (ie plate, 2 reps) you run out of low slots for enough hardeners (you can fit a zealot with the same lowslots, slap 2 extra hardeners on and have better overall resists... LOL). Nor is it a drone carrier (the ishtar can do everything the sac can do better and with 3x the dmg output)
Executioner Problem: Cant Tackle The Amarr race lacks a 3mid, moderately speedy tackler in the style of the Vigil or Incursus. The Executioner is usless for anything but blockade running at speed with very little cargo. Even then low cap prevents it warping long distances.
Whole Logistics Class Problem: Useless When these were recently boosted, the Devs entirely missed the point. Survivability was never an issue in PVE (as the LogCru never aggroed and stayed at range), and in PvP, even post boost they still die in 2 or 3 volleys or less. Low speed/ Agility prevents that being their primary defence as it should be. First and formost what makes this class useless is that while they have cool range and cap bonuss, they are still no more actuallly effective at the MEAT stat (eg hps reparied), and so are MASSIVELY outperformed by a dedicated BS doing the same thing with many more L versions of the modules.

The tech 2 frigates could use with some love, especially with the planned tech 2 big ships.

Tech 2 ships are horrible, the Amarr Navy Slicer is like... 100 mil and it's not even as good as a 15 mil assault frigate.

navy slicer isn't tech II either....
broken ships:
Logistics... what's the point in using a logistics ship if a BS can do the same but better
Stealth bombers.... seriously...
Cerberus... this could use a bit of a dps increase
Sacrilege... ok it tanks... basically it's a big tackler if you fit nos on it, but seriously could use a bit more dps
destroyers.... they should fill the gap between frigs and cruisers, not be just slightly better then frigs
etc.. could make a really long list of what to improve, but it's faster to just open a random whine thread on this forum

the tier 1 AFs (cept ishkur): need 1 more slot

Problem Ship: Kestrel
Problem summary: CPU/PG issues fitting missile launchers.
Description of problem: It is impossible for new players (the ones most likely to use it) to fit 4 light missile launchers in it. The problem started with the Cold War patch and the changes made to the missile launchers PG/CPU requirements.
Resulting Side Effect: Caldari new players are skipping frigates all together and getting in cruisers for missions, missing the experience of fighting in frigates, which is the best way for players to learn about game mechanics.

I thought he was talking about faction ships, etc, and not the interceptors, bombers, etc.
Assault ships in general: Better agility, speed, less mass. Doesn't sound right that an assault ship would turn worse than a ship that has 5x it's mass.
Vengeance: Extra low slot or something to make it not worthless.

Vengance - Needs an extra low and some more CPU. Atm, it sucks more than an industrial vacuum cleaner.
Executioner - how can it tackle with only one mid?
Retribution - needs an extra mid, to make it a useful ship for anything other than fleet work.

Cerberus the only hac I don't run from in my af. I might stay to tickle the Eagle if it isn't 30k or more from me.
