I was looking for some war enemies in Nonni (0.5) today and at some time I had the luck to find my fellow friend Mixmaster. He made a few tets with his funny lasers on my neverending shields http://eve.screaming-fist.org/2003.07.29.01.17.41.bmp.
It was okay, until some lame people we are not in war at came in. They tried to CTD me in order to kill me, members of the XFI corp, CNX and ISP corp, mostly in Battleships.
They used a frigate (ISP) which webified me, this frigate would be attacked by cops first, so no grat loss.
XFI used sensor dampeners which make people CTD often and they knew it, that there is a risk than I can crash (look at chat window), as I did shortly before by defending against Tank CEO there, we both crashed :-/. They used also capacity drain which are not considered agressive also.
Together with CNX they then opened fire on me.
Luckily I did not crash and jumped out.

Be warned people, if you see them, they use known BUGS to crash people in order to kill them.
CCP, I suggest to make all offensive modules agressive actions and to fix the well known sensor dampener bug, we have petitioned this already several times and we also have posted the information about it in the Patch Review forum.
People are abusing this BUG!

I am not pirating in Empire Space, never done. So your translation is pretty much obsolete.
Since you guys admitted in local chat you wanted to use sensor dampeners to CTD me it's all pretty clear from my perpspecitve.

lol. obviously Mad was being sarcastic about the 8 sensor dampers. Oh wait, of course, you're using every available means at your disposal to bash other people, which includes taking what people say out of context. Now who is using underhand tactics?

Would be a great fame to destroy my BS and pod me while I am not logged in, wouldn't it? You all knew there was no other chance to kill me there, so you tried this underhand tactic.

To anyone, with the intelligence of a 5-yearold and above, my 8 sensor damp was a joke.
Also, you fail to tell that you sided with Tank for a few which got you mixed up in the fight. On a second note, I really don't care what you think its fair or not. Its up to every responsible player to gang up against pirates whenever the show up. Which is what we did. There will be NO blowing up ships in Nonni.

This is all highly amusing.
First off, you assume too much -- there was no intentional collaboration between BladeRunners and Cornexant in this attack on you in Nonni. I just happened to be passing through (on my way to Fountain, naturally) and saw a golden opportunity. :P
We also have here a severe case of PKB. Molly, you and your corp members also use Sensor Dampers, as you demonstrated in EWOK-K and EC-P8R last night. I'll admit these devices are effective in reducing sensor range and increasing locking time, but I've experienced zero CTDs as a result of Sensor Damper use. Maybe your computer just sucks?

That is cute Molly, the whole we are not at war with you. However anytime we pass through ewok or Ec-p8r we have to go through your blockades with guns.
Sorry if when we were traveling we ran into you in another system. Also apologize since you had to jump from system. You may also have noticed we in CNX didnt persue, as we were simply pasing through. But hey it happens. As the pirates have said so much PVP is a part of the game. We at Corn accept it. I thought you did also because you practice it so much.
