is it me or thats a big LOL
comon they use more cpu and more powercore then the arbalest. only bonus u get is to load 1 more torp in the bay .
and comon the manufacturers gotta be joking 20 million for a T2 siege bay id rather buy arbalest and pay the extra 4 million per unit then encourage you ripping me off.

With spec at 4 thats 8% lower r.o.f. from the tech II launchers over arbalests. Well worth the extra fitting reqs I¦d say.

Ehm, turrets t2 use more grid and cpu as well then the named versions. And the only bonus being the increased damage from the spec skill. Be glad that ou get a increased ammo hold on top of all that.
And the whole demand and supply thing ( and being new and hot ) should have been something you're used to by now. So its acually same as turrets except for the price. However price is regulated by spply\demand and all new T2 stuff are overpriced.
Remember manticore for 150mils ( now 10) ,XL T2 Sheld Boosters for 150 mils and so on. I think sooner or later T2 siege and cruises will cost about 4-7 mils and Arbalests will go up a bit.

I can say only: get arbalests while they are cheap :) In some time when enough ravens will be destroyed, prices of arbies will go up a bit and price of t2 will be ~5-8mil, just like t2 guns.

well, apart from the last time I checked (last week I think) that skill applied to T1 lauchers too...

The bonus of tech2 is the extra dmg or in launchers case, ROF. Availability is a major factor too. Its easier to pick up a rack of tech2s than it is to get a rack of best named.
Oh and dont forget that only tech2 will be able to use tech2 ammo when it finally arrives. Arbalests may be all well and good but you gonna miss out when tech2 ammo becomes available 
edit: Oh and the increase reqs are on purpose so as not to completely kill the named loot market

Given that Tech II BCU or Faction missiles are still not available - I will worry about tech II missles in about 2 years from now
