The problem started with the last Incursion-patch, shortly before the Incarna release. It was mentioned a few times afterwards but then the issue drowned in hundreds of Incarna/NEX/ragequit threads. |

yes, it's a well known, dev-acknowledged issue.
In principle a fix is in the works and will be deployed Soon(TM) ... hopefully with the winter expansion? |
