I have bought GTC's Online in the past for cash, I'm sure many of us have. ShatteredCrystal etc
If I went and Bought 10 Physical GTC's and Re-sold them (On e-bay for example) Is that a breach of any rules?
If I went and Bought 10 In-Game GTC's and Re-sold them (On e-bay for example) Is that a breach of any rules?
I know selling in game items for cash is against the rules, but is their such a massive difference between owning 10 sets of numbers which are physical GTC's and owning 10 Sets of GTC's which are made of numbers in-game?

GTCs are not in-game items. PLEX are. You can convert GTCs to Plex.
As for your question of difference, I'm pretty sure physical GTCs are only a physical representation of the samne number.
I don't know what CCP's policy is on trading these numbers, but then again I don't think you'll find many people willing to do it anyways. |

no.2 - the EULA forbits you of selling in game items for real life money

First, there are no ingame GTCs only ingame PLEXs.
Second, I believe the massive difference comes from the fact that CCP can make rules about ingame items, but they can't forbid you to resell physical item you have bought.
So, physical GTCs can be resold for real money, ingame PLEXs can't. |

Yeah, that wont be a scam at all. I don't know why anyone would sell an out of game gtc for less money than they bought it for.
You could always try selling a digital picture of something on ebay and give gtc for free to anyone who buys the picture. I've seen things like that. It's just plain stupid. Why would anyone think that CCP would be okay with that? |

you can convert 1x GTC into 2x plex but not the other way around |
