Prices as of this morning for 30 days:
Amarr: 123 / 198 / 348
Caldari: 130 / 213 / 378
Gallente: 165 / 281 / 514
Minmatar: 124 / 199 / 350
That's ISK (millions) per 30-days for the regular, non-faction towers, small/med/large sizes. It assumes that you run the tower at full-tilt (all PG/CPU in use). Faction towers would consume a bit less, but have a payback of about 2 years due to cost.
While goons are having an impact on Oxygen Isotopes (Gallente), there's a bit of market speculation going on for Nitrogen (Caldari). Amarr/Minmatar ice isotopes are fairly quiet still.
In addition to the Oxytope price spike, the PI-sourced fuels are also going up in price. Enriched Uranium used to be 6750 or so, now it's closer to 8200. Mech parts have gone up about the same amount as well. Robotics have gone from 45-48k up to 55k. Coolant is up a fair amount too due to the spike in Water prices. For a large tower, you'll currently need about 140M ISK/30d in PI-sourced fuels (which is included in the above figures).
You should always have at least a 30 day stockpile of fuel for towers (on top of what is in the tower) so that you can survive events like Jihad, Hulkageddons, the current Goon Shrugged event or a week or two where you don't have time to haul fuel from a market hub. Two to three months of buffer can be a smart investment as it gives you time to stock up when prices are low and ride out some of the rough patches. |

Well, with the changes to PI that are coming down the pike, expect prices to jump a bit. Right now, PI-sourced fuel costs are in the range of:
Small: 69M
Medium: 92M
Large: 139M
(millions of ISK per 30 days)
So if fuel prices go up 50%, that's how much more your fuel bill is going to run each month (+70M for a large tower). If PI-sourced fuels double in price, you'll be paying an extra 140M/mo for a large tower.

I think a lot of that is speculation though and expect the prices to drop slightly by next week. |
