I see that some 'starting' skills are still unavailable.... (e.g. Metallurgy which works but can only get from new chars), I know they added PE but what about the others.
The Q and A on one of the public boards said they were all available now, but they are not yet.
When will they be available?

It would be really nice if a dev could say something like one of the possible answers below.. Just to keep us from guessing/asking.
1) we forgot to add them, they will be in soon.
2) we are playing with the skills effect and will add them when we are happy.
3) we are not going to add them to the general market stop asking, we want to make them rare, special drops,jove space, gallente research centere,agent level 5 reward, etc..
4) we are thinking of removing the skill completely and are just wondering how to break it to the people that already have it...
5) We want to leave it how it is, please start a new character if you want once of the 2 working skills not on the market..
6) we have a meeting to discuss this next tuesday.

Research, Astrogeology and Metallurgy have been added to the market and will be available on the live server at next update.

While at the subject, are the more advanced Leadership skills (flight formations etc) available on the market somewhere?.. or is it something that has yet to happen (or not..) o.O

Last devchat, the devs stated it was not their intention of have every skill available on the market. They said some skills would be available through agents.
So I've been spending more time with my agent lately. Holding his hand, blowing in his ear, wearing low cut tops and bribing him. He's ALWAYS glad to see me.

Thanx Tomb, but what about the only (and the most expensive) skill on the market that you can train, but not use?
I trained for 3 weeks and spent 10 million for Jump Drive skills and you haven't even put it in the game yet.
When will this be implemented, since I had this path planned from the beginning of the game?

Ok so in version 1138 those three skills are on the market but not available anywhere... is that what TomB meant by adding hem to the market ? yes they are on the market but not available... what's the point ? as if ppl were gonna loot & sell those skillz ...
