I attempted this some today in jita. But it really needs a dedicated nonprofit ceo to run things full time. Of course you would need to collect a salary for such services.
Since I wont likely find the time, please feel free to run with idea. All I ask is that a fair amount of clothing be donated to Cannibal Kane to hand out. I can also distribute during some of my regular charity events I've been holding.
