By joining the alliance, it means you agree to this declaration, and will follow it as such.
It has been divided into different sections for reference and will be followed by all members.
Section 1: General Rules
Section 2: Gameplay/Gaming Etiquette
Section 3: Leadership
Section 4: Combat (PVP)
Section 5: Combat (PVE)
Section 6: Industrial Operations
Section 7: Alliance Ship Replacement
Section 1: General rules
- NUKE. is not a griefer alliance
- NUKE. is not a mercenary alliance
- Alliance leadership must be followed (see section 3)
- No member may contact another corporation/alliance/pilot stating NUKE. will declare war on that entity. Only the alliance director may state to another entity that there will be a war declared.
- The ONLY time you may GÇ£smacktalkGÇ¥ another pilot/fleet if you are in an alliance operation in a player-conquerable null-security status system and you have defeated them or are about to engage them.
- Each corporation in the alliance MUST pay a 20,000,000 isk per month alliance fee. The only corporations which are exempt from this fee are: [NOSOG], [NUKET], and [NK.].
- Alliance standings overrule corporation and personal standings.
- You may not aggress blues unless you are aggressed first.
Section 2: Gameplay/Gaming etiquette
- No pilots may gank pilots in high security systems unless they are on the alliance bounty list. Ganking is the act of someone losing a ship to Concord after aggressing another pilot.
- No pilots may hold ransoms on another pilot in high security systems unless they are a war target.
- Ransoming IS allowed during war time (against a war target), in low security systems, and in null security space. NOTE: if they pay the ransom you MUST let the other pilot fly free, otherwise you break the alliance declaration. Any reports of people not releasing pilots after ransom will result in their removal from the alliance after an investigation. You have been warned.
- Unless spoken to, no talking in high security status system local channels
- No taunting war targets in any security systems
- If a wreck is yellow then you may NOT loot it. You may salvage it, however.
- You have salvaging/looting rights on blue wrecks.
- You have salvaging/looting rights on white wrecks.
- Ninja salvaging is against the rules. Ninja salvaging is the act of scanning down someone elseGÇÖs mission site and salvaging/looting their wrecks in high security systems.
Section 3: Leadership
- NUKE. is led by one person, the executive director, however he will ask other members of all ranks about decisions that will be made.
- NUKE. leaders are appointed to those who are exiling at certain skills. Directors of the alliance may appoint people beneath them.
- Anyone impersonating the alliance executive director will be removed from the alliance.
Section 4: Combat (PVP)
- All combat operations must have at least one fleet commander.
- No officer modules may be on any ships, excluding super capitals (supercarriers and titans)
- All pilots in the fleet MUST listen to the fleet commander and do as they say. All fleets will have basic reports on the operation from the fleet commander and some of the pilots in the fleet.
Section 5: Combat (PVE)
- Anyone who loses a ship with an officer module on will be removed from the alliance; we are not here to be laughed at.
Section 6: Industrial Operations
- There will be alliance mining operations to have ships produced for the alliance as well as the ship replacement program.
Section 7 Alliance Ship replacement program
- All tech I frigate, destroyer, and cruiser class ships are eligible for replacement.
- To receive a replacement you must EVEmail the killboard link to a industrial director
I believe this is a lolworthy charter.

3. The Alliance does as it pleases, and pleases where it goes.

It may be a wall of rules. But they are rules we as an alliance can not only live with. But we are happy to work under. This makes for an orderly group with similar interests, who know what they can and cannot do. There will be those of you who laugh at us for this charter. But rest assured were not interested in you. But we are interested in people who can assume the roles we have open and are willing to work together with us to profit from our adventures. Remember when you have a group of people working for the same goal your more likely to achieve success! So come one, come all and work with us to profit from all the different things EVE has to offer.

OP? TL:DR, but it didn't look good.
However, alliance founders usually start out with a vision of how something that they trained hard for should function.
I believe that should be the first part of the charter.
But then a lot of alliance founders, including myself, have a tendency to add on rules against some of the incredibly stupid things that people do in this game.
Eventually, many reach the point where no one except the founder, can, or willingly would, follow the rules.
That's why I have a single player alliance. |

I still think Corporations should control SOV and the only thing Alliances give you is jump bridges between corporation SOV space.
Short term it wouldn't change things but in the long run it could make 0.0 a very interesting place.
Alliances should be an alliance of corporations.
Each corporation with there own territory to control and decide if they even need an alliance.
Not this back word system we have now.
Corporations should come first, not the alliance.

It's up to each and every corp to decide how much they want to commit to an alliance. Some alliances are a loose formation of corporations, orhers are more strict and have more rules. Both versions have benefits and drawbacks imo. |

Why should it be forbidden to talk to each other on local channels?
And concerning the second sentence:
I never heared of any ship setup, which is not defeatable. And as some people already stated: It's a seduction for the enemies. The time will come, where no one want's to fly a ship with officer modules, because every time that ship has been defeated, the pilot will be kicked. And maybe it even would not have been his/her fault - because of being outnumbered (for example)? The permanent fear of being banned from the members will follow you. It will ruin any readiness to risk something or even the fun of playing Eve.
In my humble opinion at least these two citated sentences should be revised. |

Your little circle of systems is empty. We went in about 12 hours ago and they all docked up and peed themselves.
They even refused to talk to us! Would you believe that! In LOWSEC!
For all those who are interested they hang out in the Teshkat loop.
Oh and the scout on the gate is asleep all the time - ignore him.
Otherwise, good luck with keeping the "No Fun" Alliance going.

hehe. So, setting up in the same area makes us lapdogs? How interesting your logic is. Let's see, we don't fly with them, we aren't helping them take any space. We aren't making some sort of coalition with them, and we aren't giving them anything. (yep were lapdogs alright!!!) We just appreciate their hospitality in letting us come into their area as long as we aren't trying to gank them and take their stuff.... We understand that alliances come with rules, and when they make sense, we don't mind following them. But when approached by the alliance in question we were told that they were a lowsec pvp alliance that wanted to dabble in piracy.
This charter seems slightly counter-intuitive to the yarring arts, and as such we decided to make a slight mockery of them. The fact that they had decided to 180 on their goals, and become a CVA pet alliance, all the while still trying to entice us to join them, has only given us some ammo to fuel the fire.
It seems Stationmonkey is taking it in good stride, and is by the sound of it, using this thread to push for changes to their charter to make life a little better for the members of his corp that may also feel a little stifled by these fun gagging rules only reinforces our duty to ridicule it.
And you are correct, a lot of the rules do make sense, it is the ones that are blindingly stupid that we are making a mockery of.
TL;DR
Don't sell yourself as a pirate alliance then post this crap.
And a sudden plunge in the sullen swell. Ten fathoms deep on the road to hell. |

Didn't you used to be a lead-corp in an alliance that's only claim to fame was becoming pets of pets of -A-? And still failed at even that?
Also, pretty sure I used to know you...are you drunk/high, or did you get brain damage or sell your character to a 12 year old? |

Well.. I was in **** yes. Never a lead corp in any alliance. Yep they were pets of IO... =-( fricken artards those bumbleheads were. I don't drink, but yep I am high! hahaha And as far as the brain damage, an IED can do a lot of damage to a person. So, if your picking on me for that kudo's on your tact. And, nope never sold my toons. I am wayyyyyy too attached to them!! So, I guess in short your close but that only counts in horse shoes and hand grenades. =-)~

Two out of three ain't bad :) (My implication was you seem to have gotten weirder, which, in my experience, brain damage can do.. :)

Ahh the joys of arbitration! Whats being discussed is how completely terrible our charter is because it looks for a specific kind of person. *rolls eyes* I guess in short it was RUSROG trying to goad us or something. I only know that this has been an incredibly fun experience for me. I have had more laughs than I can count from this. (the charter really is a little stringent) But *dun da daaa!* The MONKEY is here to save the day! While I am not looking to strip the rules completely. I do agree one that has to go or at least be amended is the talking in local. (I do it all the time rule or not!) but! and I stress but... I don't believe in $hit talk that's just pointless, and leads to things that can easily be avoided with just a little mediation.
p.s. I soooo don't like this NRDS crap.. I am an NBSI pilot. but I am putting that behind me for the opportunities this little piece of space has to offer. (I will continue to be NBSI in other parts of space though!!!!) *pet* not likely I BITE!

Aww! But that would make it so I can't keep RUS's post alive. I am having so much fun man! And I don't think I am trying hard enough. After all I have only one objective with this whole thread. And that is to play around with RUS because he is such a little crybaby. Got mad at us because after his diplo smacktalked us we decided to shoot him. Didn't even know you had set us red til halfway through the conversation, I was under the impression that we were blue peding talks over the alliance. In hindsight explains the hyp continually attempting to bump me off gate. Didn't even read charter til after it was all over.

Fact is, you know your charter is horrible. You know your alliance will not stand. You think too big of yourself. Nobody from your damn alliance came out to face a small group of pirates, they all huddled in station. You also know that no-one is going to join it, since this forum thread.
One thing that I do find very anti-diplomatic is actually shooting the diplomat. If you can't handle criticism, your are doomed for failure.

But my math is skewed in my favor (that fits in my little universe much better) You seem awfully bitter for someone who thinks they have somehow shunned our alliance. All your doing is clearing out the chaff for us. Were not looking for explosive growth. We want specific people. You guys definitely don't fit that bill, so your whining about it in forums because your a little baby troll. WE LOVE IT! And as to the whole not fighting a small group of pirates. (remember without a fleet commander they aren't supposed to) And to question your logic on diplomacy, isn't it *anti-diplomatic* to insult a group of people when your the diplomat? hmm interesting question.
