EVE App value 5.2b - and an understandable valuation. Your character isn't particularly well-suited to carriers, it looks like you've just left the account active and trained some of the skills you think would be valuable to a carrier pilot.
However, most carrier pilots will want to be able to use a Triage module, and this character falls quite far short of the mark on that note.
Otherwise this character isn't terrible - I'll bid 5.8b for it without the skillbook.
