This is perhaps the strangest request here in this foruns:
I want the following:
4 Deiteis Male Caldari chars, with high memory and inteligence. With enough standing to use THE 6 BEST R&D agents in LaiDai corp.
The names will be provided by me and you can deliver me the chars with the minimum SP's.
I'm whiling to pay 1Bil for each char if you agree to pay the transfer fee.

I have one char that stands up to your request. He (she) can and is using the 5 best agents at Lai Dai corp (all lvl 4 agents) and is doing Caldari starship engineering with all those agnets. Also has lvl 5 in Caldari Starship Engineering. I think (havn't cecked in a while) total R&D points under Caldari Starship engineering is close to 600.000
This char has 29M skill points so 1b offer will in no way cut it. A standard offer of 100M isk per 1M skill points would be the lowest bid I would ever consider, as in 2,9b. But I'm sure lots of ppl would pay much more for this char. If you through at me some insane offer I might be tempted.
