While I don't think this would be a change that would have much impact for many of us, it would also probably take little time and effort to change, would have no negative effects on the rest of us and would only add a useful quality to the game. For that, I'm for it.

come up with idea, try and think how people could abuse this, try to fix your idea - loop the process until you can't see how it could be abused, then post to the forums to let us figure out how to abuse it.....

Adding my voice to this thread as I too had been thinking about this sort of thing recently. Especially now I am sitting on like 8 jump clones all of them implanted for specific reasons and events, many of which I also move around between different systems again based on need.
I would like to properly broach this subject with my fellow CSM and CCP during my term on CSM 9, making use of all of the suggestions put forward here.
(My own is simply the ability to label a clone like I name a ship and for that to show in the location details too. Although the graphics shown earlier in the thread are a wonderful idea as well and shows just how much some people want this to happen).

Maybe even set a pod name in a sub section of JC for when you leave ships so that your pod isn't always named like Arya Regnar's capsule.
