What do u think is the best destroyer for pvp (freg, inti,af killer) and with what equip? And...can a destroyer be good at kill cruisers?

Well given the right circumstances, the right pilot would be able to kill frigs/af/cruiser.
Imo the best Destroyer is the Thrasher. 7x 250 II's can do a lot of damage with low slots fitted with Gyro II's. One last word of advice: Have no illusions - a destroyer is not a very good tank.

no, short range set up = you are dead prety fast. you need 250mm set up ( t2 if u hav cash), 2 webs+ ab, and maby 200m plate if u can fit itin lowes, and whatever u can fit.
this is good for ceptor killing, keep ceptor at 5km range with 2 webs and just shoot, let him die. dont attack afs or cruzers as u will most likely die, but as ceptor killer its very goo, 2 mill ship vs 15 mill is prety good.(tested and works)
Remeber short range = you are powned

Catalyst is nice, although for you to be able to fit all hslots, you have to sacrifice some mslots and lslots. For this reason, its a largely npc ship or a frig squad support ship. It has tremendous capability, but runs short of powergrid to make it uber1337.

I have 6 power grid spare on my Catalyst, fitted all up top with 8 x 125mm scouts and an small armour tank in lows.

I loaded up a Catalyst with 8 blasters (Forget the name, the middle one) and antimatter, 3x mag stabs, and a named AB. Did some testing, and was pretty impressed by the DPS I got at close range. Wreckings for 130+, average was about 50-60 per shot per gun. Could do pretty well against a cruiser, provided you could get within optimal and not die. |

something like this should do it
Drop the AB for an ECM or a second webber, make sure those autocannons are Tech2 and you have yourself a pretty nasty anti-inty/af setup.

Cloaking Cormorant Setup
Highs - 4 Blasters/rails/3 Small NoS/Cloaking Device Meds - 2xNamed ECM (64 Cap - Skills), Webber, Warp Scrambler Lows - Damage Mod or Plate
Works great on Interceptrs. Using speed against them and obviously the right ECM. Nothing they can do and totaly crippled. No power to MWD out of Web and target Jammed. Only problem is longer ranged assault ships. Stuff that will obviously kill you before you lock (Do to cloaking sig pentaly). But switching to a Sensor booster/Tracking Disruptor/AB fixes that.
