As someone who drives fast on back roads at twice the width and 1/2 as fast, this guy is insane good.
And awesome powerslide at the end.

Rally drivers are some of the best in the world bar none. Those and the Japanese touge drifters, you know, those guys who drift on narrow mountain roads at 60+ mph next to cliffs...

nice clips, that powerslide is almost perfect.
if people like that, try this:
Climb Dance
it's a beautifully made film of ari vatennen's 1988 Pikes' Peak hillclimb, in an insane Pugeot 405 T16 - pretty much an evolution of a group B rally car - which by then had been banned from the WRC series for being so powerful (and deadly).
and if you think the powerslide in the clips above was good, wait till the end of the film, for a 120mph powerslide about 3 inches away from the unguarded edge of a cliff. amazing.

That was some sweet driving. Dont know what the red-line was..but damn he had that thing screaming on a few of the straightaways.
I love the one-handed steering while he shaded his eyes.

It's scary on the WRC when you see people hitting walls and tearing off wheels, then going on to complete the stage because the chassis is so rigid.
