Will someone please swing a ban hammer?
Terms of Service excerpt:
"8. You may not impersonate or present yourself to be a representative of CCP or an EVE Online volunteer."
See the story published on Jester's Trek: http://jestertrek.blogspot.com/2013/04/propaganda-play.html. Notice the corporate logo slapped on the document? Seems to qualify.
CCP should be able to determine who posted such links and take appropriate action. So, CCP, will you let the Goons make a mockery of your TOS?

Clearly, since this doesn't have a name attached and since a version of Goonswarms logo is printed on it, all goons should get banned. Because it couldn't have been anyone.
However, since Stoffer is a goon, it could be valid! |

I'm curious as to where you see impersonation of CCP??
I see a funny .jpg with a CCP logo, maybe that's what you mean?
Posting a picture with CCP's logo in it = impersonating CCP?
Honestly, given the amount of .jpgs posted hourly in local chat across new eden, you click at your own risk. TO BELIEVE ON TOP OF THAT....well, if you click at your own risk, you also believe at your own risk, buddy.
Nothing wrong here...unless you have logs of someone distributing this while claiming to be CCP?
Hold on, I've got a new term for CCP to add to the EULA:
Players may not use the CCP or EVE logo, without authorisation, for any purpose not expressly approved by CCP. |

That only applies to CCP Offical sites/forums. They REALLY don't care what anyone says outsode their sites as it's HARD AS **** to prove who said what.
Try harder person who obviously got his frighter ganked.
I'm not entirely clear on the point of this, but I do have a sudden urge to jump in a catalyst and blow up a miner.

Posts on the forum are addressed towards other players. Since none of the players reading this thread have the ability to swing a ban hammer, the forum is an inappropriate place to report possible EULA/ToS violations to CCP. Please use the petition system for that.
