I'm wondering what happens to my jobs if the stations they are built/researched in switches owner to a not so friendly entity?
Will they keep on going til they finish???

They will continue until finished. But you may not have access to retrieve the BPO's or outputs from that station. Either leave a jump clone there, or make sure you are docked there before it switches hands. you can stay in the station as long as you want after it changes hands, but once you leave you can not return once you undock.
I did this a few years ago. Had a bunch of stuff and jobs going in a station that was captured. Luckily I had a jump clone there. I just left the clone there with a blockade runner. After a few weeks when they stopped camping their newly claimed outpost I jumped into that clone, loaded up my stuff and BPO's, and got all my high value stuff out. The rest I either put up for sale, or left there to rot. |

Note that you retain your corporate office until it expires, unless you manually unrent it. You get between 30-60 days, depending on where your office renewal date falls relative to when the station was flipped. |

They keep going until finished, or cancelled by the job owner (not the station owner).
Jobs can be delivered remotely with the appropriate skill.
Jobs delivered to non-existent corp hangars are supposed to go to Deliveries (they used to go into the inaccessible office, which required a GM to retrieve), but you need to be in station to access that. |
