My Fellow Eve Residents,
Fifteen minutes ago, a henious act of barbaric vandalism was committed in the Verone household, instigated by the People's Republic of Dad.
In retalliation for the previous theft of foodstuffs, property of forementioned organisation, as seen here, an unprovoked act of violence was carried out against the Indepenant State of Verone's communications array.
Whilst scouting for supplies, the system was visciously attacked, and it's desktop mutilated beyond all recognition, turned from this fine specimen of a longhorn desktop, to this vandalised, ravaged husk of an operating system.
The People's Republic of Dad released the follwing press statement only moments ago :
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!1!11"
In response to this, The Independant State of Verone has decided that the best thing would be to tackle this menace head on.
As of 12:00 eve time today, the 24th September 107YC, a state of war exists between us.
Communications of further conflicts will be made public as appropriate.

lol, i was joking mirel, i'm not even sure longhorn is available yet... 
I beleive it's still in the development stages, but there's a fair few places out there you can see screenies, etc of it.

Holy crap that happened almost a month ago. Still set me off laughing like hell just to read that thread again.
As for the PRD's retaliation...a bit weak, I think. I like their press statement though. Is the leader of the PRD a bit...unbalanced? :P

Deletion of my eve character would make me deploy teh nuclear arsenal.
This consists of me having several chicken vindaloo's and expelling large amounts of gas into the immediate atmosphere, then running around the living room hurling cushions and screaming "PWNZ0R!!!1!"
Oh and as for my tray icons, it doesn't really slow my system very much considering my CPU is massively overclocked, and i'm running 4 gig of ram

An old roommate tried to mess with my computer once, as a joke, moving all my icons around and what not. Not being very computer savvy, this became his ultimate downfall, since I installed his video card and knew how to flip the display on his screen. 
He finally surrendered after many days of unsuccessfully trying to surf **** upside down.

see that's why i moved out a looooooong time ago verone
well on the other hand no matter what i did my dad is so "ace" with computers all he could do was cut the power supply to my room but then as i said, i moved out a long time ago
other than that: continue the fight!!!!

My bro thought hed be clever once by formatting my hard-drive, after 3 hours of files recovery i didnt beat about the bush in my retaliation, i just beat about his person in a frenzied manner until my knuckles began bleeding
