Does anyone use this that can tell me what your supposed to enter as a "PL" value?
I know what "ME" is, but right next to that is "PL" and I have no clue... 
I also dont see anywhere to add factory cost or lab cost. Am I missing it? or is it just not on the spreadsheet?

PL value is the productivity time researched on the BPO - at the bottom half of the BPO, it should say if you have any Productivity Time done, this dictates how fast from the standard time, an item is made.
e.g. Tech 1 Battleships take 4 hours to make, if you have a Prod Time Eff of say 2 or 3, that could shave off 40 - 50 mins of the default build time.
Also depends on skills such as research, metalurgy, industry and a few others.

does anyone have a link to where I can download this spreadsheat, or can maybe upload it to my e-mail? After www.eve-i.com went down, it's been hard to find it since this forum doesn't offer any type of production forum..

I have a Raven BPO with PL 6, and it takes me 3 hours and 20 minutes to build it, so that shaves what, 40 minutes off the normal build time.
