While I cant actually fly a Dom yet (this monday) I can imagine a tanker would use plates, NOS, hardeners and a repper.
...duh

100mn Ab II, 4 x cap recharger II 2 x large armor rep II, 4 x hardener, cap relay
And whatever else.
Enyo: how hard is this really?
1mn ab II, webber small armor rep, hardener, cap relay, damage mod

well my enyo setup i was using got wtf pwned by an important mission just now against 2 cruisers and 3 cepters.
edit: btw i think that damage mod is not needed. would rather have another cap relay due to the amount of cap being drained from armor rep + ab + webber...
and i might not even use a webber... remember this is for missions. prolly a cap recharger in its place

Get some more skills. With one repper you should be able to tank them all day if you're fitting the right hardeners.
Guristas: kin, therm serps: therm, kin angels: pwned (EXP!) sansha/blood: em, thermal (probly a nano for an enyo)
Since you're an enyo and you have good kin/therm resists, you probably want to fit an adaptive nano if you're fighting amarr stuff. Or two passive (one therm, one EM).
Web the inties and shoot them down, then punk the cruisers. keep up your transversal to the cruisers while you're gaffing inties.

my comments on the enyo were made before, but again she is 1 tough little frig i've run mine thru BOTH Angel and Guristas strike storylines, almost every other mission you can imagine only Spy stash, Angel extrava, and Black market hub gave me issues
125mm t2 rails, named std launcher named web, named ab magstab 2, t2 sml rep, cap power relay, passive energized plate(npc specific)
she chews up guri and serp like nothin, rogue drones arn't bad, just angels are a pain
I had mine quite a while, long enough to afford a pair of Ishtars off the profit before I popped the 1st one legit(non bugged) running almost purely lvl 3s she is NOT a blaster boat, she's to slow
if your smart, and have good skills, she can handle almost anything |

6 dual 250 rails named/t2 afterburner/shield extenders/shield fluxes/large shield booster all named/t2
large armor rep/2 hardeners/armor hp mod/overdrives
large shield booster is only to boost shield between `rooms` or waves.
Most lvl 3 s are passive shield tanked you ll only need armor tank active during hard missions

I thought it was generally thought to be a bad idea to shield tank and armor tank.

Thats two good setups.
Enyo is a very tankable assault frigate, and if you are fighting Caldari style NPC:s like Guristas and Mordus or even gallente type Serpentis ones the natural resists are great. I know from my own experience that you can do 4/10 serpentis complexes np with an Enyo. ___________________________________

Passive shield uses 0 cap but has very good schield recharge booster is only used for fast recharge between waves/gates. You can in fact replace the schield booster with anything you like in my new setup I use a target painter the drones love painted targets.

6 x Daul 250 II's
5 x Cap Recharger II
2 x Large Arm Rep II 3 x Hardner 2 x PDU II's (to run tech II guns and repairer II you need the Power Core boost.)
You can run the 2 repairers permantly.
