As you posted it in a public forum, we can only infer that we all are the intended recipients.
So, that said, I deem this worthy gentleman's killboard to not be an exploit. He is obviously pretty good at AWOXing freighters, but if there was anything illegal about the way he is doing it then I didn't see it.

No, really. Safari's are legit. I'm quite impressed with his ability to do this so frequently, particularly in corps with freighters. My characters are usually not so lucky.
What is confusing about his rate of change in corporations? He kills his corp mates, and moves onto the next corp to do the same. There is no time limit on corp hoping, only on returning to a corp that is currently at war.

Considering that I can't join a corp against their wishes and you can easily check my history and killboard before accepting me, I'd say it's working as intended.
You'll hear the same from a GM, in-corp killing isn't an exploit. I did safaris before they were cool~

This appears to me to be the logical consequence of corps accepting new members without doing any form of background checking. Not an exploit, possibly some skill at smooth talking and BS, and most certainly abject failure on the part of corp execs.
I guess I am almost a 'vet' by now. Hopefully not too bitter and managing to help more than I hinder.
