This will never happen, and i'm pretty sure i don't want it to happen but i still think its kinda funny to think bout it ;p other then the fact that ppl would go crazy.
What do you think would happen if all the land owning alliances in .0 napped/allied together.
Prices of minerals would drop a bunch load at least ;ppppp
So what do you think would happen if this somehow came about? Maybe somethin would be different if it was all ruled by one person ;ppp wow scary (cept if it was me, i bring cookies and salvation to all! cept the gallente ur all gonna die)

PVP would become non-existent, thus eliminating a fair portion of the EVE customer base, thus resulting in massive financial losses (relative to CCP ofc), thus EVE having perma-downtime.

A good proportion (A recent philosophical post marked it at 10%) of the 0.0 population lives for nothing but PvP, and if they cannot get it in their host alliances, they will move. The rest splits their lives between making money and PvP (with the moneymaking often for the express purpose of PvPing).
PvP is a big part of the endgame - this is why a lot of people continue to play. I've had numerous friends quit Eve for the duration that their alliance decided to carebear.
Alliance leaders know this. Having fun is a big part of what drives the [often overly dramatic on the forums] rivalries and conflicts in Eve.

They are mostly all cuddling up with their NAPs already or are too far away be a threat to the excitement of mining, npc'ing, pos's etc. Considerable numbers of PvP'ers are leaving to find something a little more interesting to do with their time. The alliances NAP and mine onwards - ore is good.

All pvpers would form different alliances which would attack the NAPped alliances, piracy would explode...
In the end prices wouldn't drop ;p

As long as the carebear puppet-masters can keep the PvPers fighting eachother over some silly contrieved 'disagreement' or 'bad history', they'll be able to mine ark quietly in the background forever.
If all the alliances napped it would be counter-productive for our carebear overlords, as the PvPers would have a clear enemy in their sights!
