I'll post the details soon (ship is actually being built as we speak). I can tell you right now it's got an extra low slot as well as an extra chunk of HP.

Alright, here goes a comparison:
50% more Armor HP than a normal Apoc (7200 compared to 4800). 50% more Hull HP (6375 compared to 4250). 50% more Shield HP (5962 compared to 3975 One extra lowslot. 10% extra sensor strength (22 compared to 20).

The Navy Issue is a very fine vessel, but hardly the pride of Amarr.
Btw I put mine up on escrow a couple of days ago for 1.8 billion and it sold practically immediately.

Buyout price lowered to 1.9B ( ) to reflect that I found some competition in form of a BPC on escrow. This price should bring the two offers in line, and even make this one slightly cheaper.
Note that the reserve in unchanged and may seem proportionally close to the buy out. Keep in mind that it is indeed a reserve, and that I will most likely still sell the ship even if it isn't met.
