Yes Amorex - I tried to say this earlier but apparently I'm just stupid and have never been in 0.0 space before 
They are dumb and they miss the point completely. It's late and I can't be bothered to hammer this into their heads, but I'll give them a hint - not all 0.0 space is claimed by npc's; try killing npc's there and see what happens to your faction ratings.

Anyone who thinks SA are pirates is incredibly naive or just out to flame an alliance who does more good than harm.
SA = group of corps. willing to defend a region in free space at all costs in order to make use of the resources available there.
Stain was free space until SA claimed it.
Simple as that.
We're not like pirates who charge you for jumping through a f*cking gate, after all.
We don't pod you without warning.
If you enter Stain without permission you're asked to leave.
If you refuse to leave you will be "persuaded" to leave - usually this involves flying home in a capsule or, if you're really silly, waking up to a new clone.
Corporations who are part of SA are free to do what they like outside of Stain - we can pursue our own goals and ambitions.
Why is that so hard to understand?
Don't listen to Skillz - he's just a bitter little boy who got spurned and now spends his waking hours cursing and muttering incoherently about anything, in any topic, at any point, in the hope he can spoil the reputation of SA.
If you're stupid enough to pay attention to what he says, then you're too stupid for your opinion to matter to anyone.

Hmm, I seem to remember trying to hunt in Stain and being fired on by a battleship camping at the gate on the way out.
The corp was called MASS and I have no idea if they were part of the Stain Alliance or not. I was perhaps mistakenly under the impression that it was OK to hunt in stain.
In fact I had less resistance hunting close to M3G4's grounds than I did in Stain. But as you say, in 0.0 space anything goes... its up to the players to make the game - and the rules are your own.

Why would he deny the loss of a Thorax within a corp of about 180 members??? Do you expect all of them to be experienced? It's not hard to guess several members of such a big corp has never even been in PvP.
And what you obviously regard as pirates are not the public opinion. As stated, corps and alliances claiming systems/constellations/regions is in fact one of the main goals with EVE.
Kingsize, did you have any contact with them prior to that? SA always try to make contact with "intruders". There are always posts in local as well as invitations to personal conversation... (except for KOS people and obvious alt chars)

I was out looking for debris, I hear that if you get rid of 'debris', your security status rises. And I when to the system of Hodrold, a 0.6 system, good for such a newbie as I am.
I warp out to a belt, looking for debris. I see a big nice Thorax with a can. But where is the debris? I close in and check the can. It's full of omber, what garbage. I think that must be that debris the devs are talking about.
I begin cleaning the can under the principe:  Quote:

THREAT, a Thorax is locking on to me and WASP drones are FIRING on me. Keeping my cool, I just WARPDRIVE ACTIVE and left.
After a while I warp back and get some recordings on the efficency of the justice system. CONCORD is blowing up the Thorax and all his drones. There the polluting criminal sits in his silly pod and I see debris everywhere.
One can contained Dual Diodes, what crap, real players use XeCl so I got rid of it with Da Skilled LASERDEATH

What Eversucks aka Skillz means is, he is shooting cans in 0.6 space to **** us off.
He never bothers us in 0.4 space because he knows we'd just blow him out of the sky without wondering if CONCORD can zap us.
I have no idea about anyone losing a Thorax but, when you're in a huge corp like EV, a Thorax isn't difficult to replace at all.
In the end, Skillz, you're nothing but a whining immature griefer.
You're the exact reason a lot of people leave this game.
Grow up.
And post those screenshots. It's not like you actually killed a Thorax yourself, you coward.

Skillz im sure by now anyone reading these forums are well aware you are an immature 12 year old who has absolutely no social skills and fewer friends. It's an implementation error that you can shoot player ships without a security status hit, even in 0.0 systems. See Molly's posting for reference.

Last time i checked skillz, 12 year olds were in fact able to play computers which in turn means they can play eve and kill things. And for your information, any miner in the corp is able to make very good money out of it, me included. Yes, and I have far more respect for m0o and Space Invaders and any corp that openly say that they are pirates. It's kinda suckety when SA say that 'it's ok to hunt NPCs' and blah blah and they they sneak up on ya.

Corps claiming Regions like Stain is just a glitch of CCP which, I hope, will be solved soon.
The fact it's 0.0 space means that there is no Empire control, which means you can blow up people without CONCORD retalliation.
It does not mean it's not under any control whatsoever. The NPC pirate corps control it. And they are supposedly strong enough to keep the Empires at bay, so some 300 players claiming an entire region is just ridiculous.
The fact that the people blowing up the local pirates in enormous amounts and mine away their bistot are still allowed to use their station is very lame, and the only reason why Alliances like these are allowed to exist.
True the pirates couldn't care less if you blow up someone else there, but their stations are supposed to be hideouts for smugglers and pirates. Not for unallied miners or NPC-piratehunters.
As long as you haven't build a station yourself and are using the piratestations of the same pirates you're killing there, you don't own the system, you are squatting it.
Go to a system without any sovereignity and once you can built a station, THEN you can claim it.

Sansha's have 2 different factions... True power (the pirate) and true creation (their convoys) good for us 95% of the station are true creation.. and sry for you we're not stupid enough to setup in True power's stations...

Perhaps you might want to rethink that. It's simple and yet everyone seems to miss it. EVE works much as the real world does. It's all about conquering territory. If you are strong enough, you can go out and take territory from those weaker than you. If you form strong alliances, you can hold and control territory. Just as most our earth has worked since man first stood up.
The Dev's got it right. That's the game they made. Instead of complaining, you might consider building your skills, building your militaries and challenging those who offend you! perhaps you might try crushing your enemies in the game instead of whining here.
Come on, play the game folks!
One last note. In a game this size there are always going to be conflicts and clashes between corporations and individuals, that's just the way life goes. However I will never understand folks like Skillz. He was never a good corp. member when he was with EV and was untimately expelled for stealing from members and lying. Not the person any corp, even pirate, wants around. Since then he has devoted considerable time and energy to bashing individuals, EV and the Stain Alliance in these forums and attempting to rally support. I just don't have time for such negative energy anymore. I want to have fun playing EVE and I hope most of you do too. Guys like Skillz are well-poisioners and the only time I have left for those folks is to pod them. Now that is fun!
One last thing. One of Skillz many dupes is Liela Numanor, an account I hear tell he bought off eBay and a member of mOO. mOO, you are fun pirates to scrape with, but you might want to be careful there,
