and any rules about it to make it legit.

My god....
What your doing is basically, you want to sell he want to buy. You agreed terms so do it as per the rules. Character out of corp, he pays isk you take isk, Seller pays transfer fee.. ens ens...
it is not that hard.
It is right there in the thread.
No scamming on character transfers so if something goes wrong.. it can be petitioned.

This is no straight swap, per the rules. What's available is in the sticky noted above. Sell to other person for whatever, transfer toon. Each of you pays the CCP-required fee, problem solved. You just have to follow the same rules as in the sticky, just don't pay each other isk.

You will still need to pay the transfer fee.
