Uh, I'm pretty sure most players pay for their accounts in cash. EVE wouldn't survive on a minority of players providing most of CCP's cashflow through paying for their accounts and supplying the market with PLEX.

Looking at this thread I realise that while the game has become better in many regards, the main appeal of eve was always the community for me and that has gone down the toilet due to the influx of angsty teenagers(or frustrated neckbeards, im not sure anymore) in recent years.
On topic, Im in your position having played on and off for nearly 10 years now but and a little "thank you" for sticking with us through the bad times would have been nice. |

I doubt anyone that has been around for this long ever unsubbed because the game sucked at that particular time, and there sure has been periods where you couldnt possibly have justified a subscription fee. Any time ive been unsubbed has been because i couldn't afford eve at that moment. |
