Heya ...
started playing EVE few weeks back ... now wondering ...
if I want to do missions (raise standing with) Sansha Nations (for example) ... where and when would be a good place/time to start?
I understand - all those factions are living out in 0.0 space .... when can I start venturing there with reasonable hopes to survive and be able to start doing missions (starting with agent lvl1, as I understand)?
Any thoughts and info about this?!

... There should be someone doing missions for pirates!
.. or now all faction ships come from same faction complexes?!

"When you feel safe", basically. You're never going to be 100% safe in 0.0 and it's up to you when you feel like risking your kit. The missions themselves shouldn't be much harder than Empire ones, the only real change is the fact that you're likely to get ganked every now and then

Do you lose standing with the empire factions in the progress and at some point can't enter secure space anymore?

Yes you lose standing with empire factions.
I've heard of people getting low enough standing that the Caldari Navy will shoot at them, but after doing massive amounts of level 4 Guristas missions and having a -2.5ish standing with them after skills I have yet to be shot at.

And that's from each empire, whose navies will fire on you if you're in their space. But if you get to -5 with Concord, i.e. your sec status, you can't enter any 0.5+ system.

As most 0.0 space is controlled by different alliances i would suggest you join one. Take a look at where the pirate faction of your choise has its agents and try to get in a corp in the alliance controlling that area.
