Some clarification from CCP would be nice, but on amazon's product page:

Not really, Amazon doesn't charge for preorders 'til the item ships, and it can be canceled at any time. |

I ordered it through eve store, got my code via e mail. Entered my code and it said this
"You will be able to redeem the following items the next time you log into EVE Online:
1x Nefantar Thrasher Ship"
Have re logged 4 times and still cant redeem it.
