Stakeknife.....
This is the code name for the mostly highly placed British Agent within the IRA.
In game terms it may mean that someone has an agent (or agents) highly placed within some of the larger corporations......would make life interesting and would the information be available for a price?

Okey dokey. If you have access to stakeknife, why did you post a thread asking what or who was stakeknife...? Me confused.
Mr Faustus asked about information gathering services and agents. I merely invited him to a conversation as I have facilities that may be of interest.

... I'd imagine Mr Bridger was trying to gain attention of those who (like him) might have an idea what he's talking about without screaming out "Heeeey i've got a mole!", but then his follow-up kind of blows this theory out of water... ;s

Unfortunately I had to lose the subtlety in this communication, as a few respondents were not aware of the nature of stakeknife.
As Stakeknife's handler, I can vouch for his ability and talent, which has led to a number of accidents within the corp, leading to the loss of high value ships to Amarr sponsored forces. However, the Amarr in a quest for unity with the other races have abandoned him, so he has now gone rogue and decided to sell his talents to the highest bidder.
In essence Stakeknife is a highly placed mole within a large BS producing corp. He has worked with then since their inception and as a consequence has very valuable information, which due to 'circumstances' he is willing to divulge. Anyone interested in paying for his services should contact me by Eve Mail. Discretion assured.

Just to clear up any confusion over why the transfer of stakeknife was announced.
Dr Napier will continue as his handler and offer his services as opposed to myself. Neither Stakeknife's identity nor the identity of any clients using Dr Napier's services will be divulged and the transfer was announced so that any potential clients were aware of the high quality assets available to Dr Napier.
Discretion assured means just that and as you are aware no client nor agent has been compromised by this announcement
