Since CCP isn't doing worldwide shipping, can we have a digital version of the collectors edition?
I just want that fancy pod and the Dust 514 items

Also, the people on the Dust forums are requesting for a cheaper version with just the Dust items.
This is just me putting through the message, since you need an EVE character to post on the EVE forums.

Usually I make fun of CCP's technical problems with the forums... but I'll tell you, dealing with the PSN network's little authentication token in addition to the forum's API integration? My heart goes out to the web devs. It's not a small problem... there's a lot of tricky things they need to do to technically make that happen. At least the unified login is a good place to START on that... if one of my web clients wanted something like that I think I would have to cry.
BTW Nicky Yo, how can you even still post?

I don't think it would be too difficult, they obviously already have all the players details in their database, the dust forums are the same as these, all they gotta do is put a dust tag in front of the names merge the user table and we're good to go!

Not asking for a cheaper version.
Just asking for everyone to have equal chance of getting those.

A Digital CE has been done for many games, why not this one? I for one would just like that book on my ipad. |

When the digital collectors edition consists of different items I'm all in, other than that it will break the current idea of the pack, worldwide shipping or not - it's not a collectors edition anymore when parts of it are available separably and I'll stand by that (and yes, I'm living in a country where we don't get lots of similar stuff due to shipping restrictions)
Also there are ways to get around shipping restrictions by using a proxy ;) |

Why would they need a prefix, they live in the same namespace as regular EVE pilots on TQ so they would just show up as normal, as pointed out its probably more to do with them not having a proper account on TQ as all accounts are handled via PSN and all sorts of voodoo is involved, all hail sony :P |
