That's like asking for faction drones...
You already have faction ammo...HYBRID ammo. Dust off your railguns and use them.

They were, though I'm not sure they actually did anything.
They are still there, right in front of you. They're just called something different and don't give anything negative, only positive

They were still there in their negative forms as recently as the Exodus beta testing on Sisi.
When the market button was removed from stations and we work given the work-around of using the "Type Browser" to access the market, there were dozens of these phobias and race specific bonuses listed.
Anyway, if you are saying that these are not being developed any further, then I am sure that it will please alot of people.

While I very much appreciate your contribution to this thread - can I ask if you are Oveurs alt? IIRC I addressed the question to Oveur and not you.
Furthermore Cruise/Siege launchers are the Caldari primary weapon and it is not unrealistic to expect faction missiles to be delayed much like the tech II BCU have been delayed. This is why I asked the question.
I do appreciate the trolling though. Very nice touch.

Wow,
A real live dev posting on player forums. I think, this is the first game I've seen where a dev actually directly answered some questions posed by a player in a player forum.
I am impressed... Kudo's to Eve Dev for making their players feel like part of the game. I appreciate it more than you know, even if it's not my question... You guys rock. Great game by the way, I'm hooked.

Its great, the dev's are almost able to be classed as forum *****s
You won't find better dev to player communication in any other mmog tbh.
