I am hoping to keep eve fresh.. and in an attempt to keep it from getting too repetetive.. I've decided to try being a pirate.
I am gallente, and am currently flying a vexor... I am wondering if pirating is possible with a well equiped frigate? Or would I need something much bigger? How can I get started? Where do I get started? Any answers or advice you could give'd be great. 
Feel free to drop my a PM or something as well.

3x Electron Blasters
1x MWD, Webber, Warp Scrambler,
1x Cap relay, 1x Small Armor repairer
2x medium drones or 4x smalls
This probaly will work.

That's as good a pirating setup as you'll get (might want to fit a second scrambler though for miners/indy's with Warp Core Stabs).
Also, who's this Vladmir guy?

the incursus only can fit 2 smalls or 1 medium.. so I went with smalls.

I would fit a tech II ab instead of the mwd, as you will have more cap for tanking, a smaller sig radius as you approach, and more grid. That's what I do a with a rifter anyway, but it is of course faster.

I think the idea behind MWD on gank setup is to put it on manual and use that couple seconds of surprise to get into orbit and then just pulse it if you need to.

Crazy guy who managed to do quite a bit of damage on a 14 day trial account. I presonally prefer having a webbifier - It's useful for those bastards with MWDs.
