Not really much information here, but many of the things here are slated for Kali.

True, there's not much information about Kali on the OFFICIAL EVE WEBSITE.
But, apparently, you can BUY more information by purchasing the EON Magazine:
Quote: Issue 001 Ą Cover feature - Super Size EVE
The Titans are coming, but they'll be more than just big ships with big guns; fleet battles are evolving and the changes CCP have planned will go far beyond the reach of ęKaliĘ, EVEĘs second major expansion.

Cool off. I have already answered those questions.. Your forum behavior this morning ... well, fortunately I had my tea before having to decide If I should remove you from the forums.
For the original poster, information on Kali has not been released. What is available on this site is the official information available at this date.
There is a feature in E-ON about some parts of Kali and other expansions, which will eventually be public knowledge. _____________________________ "There's no reason to become alarmed, and we hope you'll enjoy the rest of your flight. Man, all sorts of craziness goin' on this morning. Someone must've cried havoc and let slip the dogs of forum war or somethin' - they're crawlin' out of the woodwork.
Luckily, being a dev, you can always hop into a titan on TQ and go have some fun to work out your frustration. -Wrayeth

So, let me get this straight. You are threatening my posting privileges because I CORRECTLY informed the original poster that he could buy a magazine with Kali information.
My "behavior" this morning (last night, actually, but I understand that people have to sleep sometime) stems from frustration that information about the game I already pay for is now only available for a price - until somebody posts it (If they post it accurately; if they post it completely; and if it's not covered under copyright).
Is this how you will be informing you're paying public of upcoming content?

No, they will announce it after EON has been delivered to its subscribers. As they are paying MORE than you, by your arguement they are MORE entitled to exclusive news than you; just as people who can afford to go to the fanfest will hear EXCLUSIVE news. CCP will make all the news public, after the EXCLUSIVE story has been told, not before.
Jeez, some people! ______________________________________________

Nobody's getting any exclusive information. And besides, the second that issue hits someone's hands I'm betting one of the subscribers will hit the forums and type up some information for everyone else.
Tobius, it's not like you're going to be left out in the dark. Nobody is. It's not like EON subscribers will get to patch for Kali before you either. Kali is far enough away the information page for it might as well be a generated 404 error from the web server. There is information out there from various dev blogs, postings, etc. that it's not hard to figure out what it will be about. EON will probably just collate all that info into a nice column with some pretty pictures and interviews and a few tidbits nobody's heard about yet, but everyone will soon enough.

On the subject of Kali, how is it's development going?
Is it on schedule for a December roll-out, or will we see it sometime in 2006?

The development is progressing nicely. We haven't started the coding KaliBlitzCrunch yet. As for the deployment, I would expect Kali to be deployed a little later than Exodus was. We're working on including as much as we possibly can without compromising the quality fo the expansion.

Lol Train up the skills? Have you forgotten that CCP releases everything with little to no documentation. So that the players after extensive "testing and coding by CCP" Have to test and figure out how everything works by Trial and error! Oh and Not to mention actually wait until they Get whatever new shiny thing CCP put in and then Build it first so they can figure out its Broken. So On that Note I will iterate to Oveur maybe you will talk to the fancy programmers and so called Test guys to maybe write down what things do while coding and testing so someone could actually write some documentation on how things work. Thats a novel concept right?

A lot of unfair whining directed at the devs in this thread.
On the subject of EON and paying for information, I think the devs should be commended for the project, and anyone who thinks that /vital/ information will be withheld is doing them a disservice. However, some more info on how timely paid content will be released would be nice - we were told that the Kali preview vid at teh fanfest last year would be released sometime this year, as its the sort of thing everyone should see. Lets have that out, as its exclusivity has gone.

So we are looking at October to December 2006 for Kali? --------

Much earlier than that, most likely late fourth quarter of 2005 or in the first quarter of 2006. Depends on how the development, coding and testing go.

That was going to be my question . I've heard 4th quarter 2005, but now with the suggestions of 1st quarter 2006 I guess I shouldn't hold my breath .
Not that I mind, just do a good job plz _______________________________________________

Actually, when developing software money is important, but development doesn't scale linearly with people.
In other words, just throwing more money (hiring people) at a sofware development project won't bring any imporvement past a certain point and beyond that it may even slow things down.

I would prefer the early 06 over the late 05. Remember all the stress you guys had on during last years FanFest? Don't do that again, go for a working release in 2006 instead
