any that works lol, also if it requires a xml file can someone please show me how to make one as character manager is down atm on the eve site.

If you can find Character Manager for download, you can go to Off-Line->Add Blank Character then go to the skills page that's titled Skill List and just set your skills as you please. It can be a bit slow because it refreshes after each skill entry, but it's better than nothing. Just find the C:\program files\FFE\Character Manager\XML\ folder and try to figure out which one is yours and use that one (not the ones with Training in the name.)
I'm hurrying on updating mine to include a character editor, but I'm a bit stuck in the planning phase for version 2. I'll see if I can make an XML file like would be seen in either of the above programs and just let you edit the hell out of it.

I treid doing that I got this long error message, though... I thought the ship fitter just extraced the skills that effect the fitting, electronics, engineering, weapon upgrades etc. or is that not so? and another thing i noticed is that eve character program does not have the advanced weapon upgrades (version i had) I'll keep looking though for a newier one with it.
