Every now and then I get one of these errors from the wallet APIs:
< error code="1001" >Cache is invalid< /error >
Leave it a while (some minutes) and request again and it'd work.
As of tonight I'm getting these on almost (but not quite all) all calls, on multiple keys, and it's persisting for several hours now.
Anyone else seeing this? Something gone wrong?

I haven't had a successful walletJournal pull in about 4 hours now. Glad it's not just me! I was just coming to ask the same question :P

Same issue! 1001 Cache is invalid that extends 5 minutes every time it's refreshed (even if I wait until after the new 5 minute timer). WalletTransactions and WalletJournal appear to be impacted across all characters and keys, while some other calls are not (including MarketOrders).
It's comforting to know that I'm not the only one who experiences something of a panic when my Wallet API has an outage. |

Still down. I find it funny that the API server was brought offline to correct some minor problems, as if not working at all is a minor problem. With Odyssey news rippling through the game it's bloody annoying not being able to run my market-raping analytical tools.

Looks like the KillLog API is also affected. I've been seeing messages like this:
Error 118: BeforeKillID was supplied but no Kill Log exists in cache or is expired. Please refresh Kill Log with no beforeKillID supplied to get the most recent kills.
There's a very strong correlation between the appearance of these messages and "cache invalid" on the wallet and mail API calls. Maybe it's just me, or maybe I missed some API change. |

Your cachedUntil seems to be broken too. it seems to report the time *when* the cache was written and not when it will expire.
I just synced corp assets and got cachedUntil 2013-05-12 11:28:03 from the XML. maybe that is related? |

Just confirming I've also had this issue for a couple of days. The Journal seems to update ok, but I get Error 1001 Cache is invalid error on the Transactions import.

I have been observing the errors for some time in the tools I'm currently developing, and I get the following set of errors:
Wallet Journal:
221 illegal page request - even though the key is valid and has full rights
And aterwards - series of
1001 cache is invalid
Wallet Transactions:
1001
My API poller is reading the two above calls every 15 minutes, nce for each accountKey. Roughly 20% of those calls succeed, the rest fails with 1001. In the most recent cycle, all calls have failed:

Seems to be intermittent.. My API script just ran perfectly giving me my entire corp wallet (which is what it's supposed to do).
Again.. communication is the key on keeping people happy, CCP..
