Only newbies. Assuming Mechanic lv5, Hull Upgrades lv5, Shield Management lv4 (pretty normal set), a capsule (Sh=60 Ar=156 St=150) would still have 50 structure left after the blast. Could just barely kill someone who has all those at lv2 most.

You're not taking into account seepage, I know a mizuro's modified can kill a newbie pod, and that's with only 358 expl damage. Whereas this one is 423 dmg...

Ah true, now if someone knew the exact formula for that so I could update my smartie effect calculator..
Yours anyway; getting a bit steep for me.
But, get in contact with me if you want to trade that smartie to Mizuro's one + bunch of ISKs..was just planning an upgrade here.
