That we have survived successfully for so long is thanks to long standing BNC members who have stayed with us for a long time and who don't jump ship during bad times.
The kind of corp members who when the corp is in a bad shape (which happens to all corps now and then) stay in the corp. They keep participaing in gangs even though the activity is low, keep a positive attitude and stops any whining or *****ing about and keep helping other corp members even if it takes a bite out of their own gaming time. Fortunately BNC have quite a few such members and I won't name them here because everyone will try to steal you from us.
You deserve honorable mention as much as I (as a director) do.
In extension: I highly respect any eve player with this kind of behaviour regardless of the corp they are in because you are the backbone of the old corporations.

I¦m sure Myg and Ari did not, but … wow … what has become of their dream. First of all: Grats to BL and Doc – It’s your baby, and it¦s exactly as great as you both are as persons and players. Much love for you ladies. And of course grats to all the guys who make BNC the powerhouse it is today. ( no names mentioned here because I¦d have to write an endless list, and still not mention all guys and gals who I like and who deserve it)
You were awesome alliance and gang members, you are now fantastic enemys. 
And you will always stay friends.
