just wondering whats so special bout this one to justify the prices ie npc's sell t1 bpo's

Actually, no. This particular BPO was only given out to mission runners for running tons and tons of missions (the amount of missions varied with each mission runner but in all cases it was over 300) a while back. Now it is only given out by R&D agents. It is one of the very rare T1 bp's that is given out by R&D agents which makes it special.

Question: You say the auction ends at 20:00 PST? What is this in eve time? Is it actually
03:00 Eve time on the October 3? Riddle me this and well take this thing a bit higher

Last one of these that sold only went for 500m, and it took the guy 3 weeks before anybody bought that one.
