I've seen a great improvement on customer support lately . Been stuck 2 times and each time moved owithin an hour. Sent a petition via email for a bp ejected and after getting an answer (very polite btw) by [GM]Q asking for more info i had in a matter of 1 hours another answer from [GM]Rendo who took the time to confirm my claims !
Not sure if i was just lucky on that but i feel completely satisfied !
Way to go :-)

the petition staff certainly seem to be working their hardest, and do tend to gte matters that they can verify and sort, sorted

The only problems I've had with Eve Support were when I wished to switch from CC to SWIFT payments - I never did get an answer.

I have to agree the gm's and petition staff are working very well. Every time I've been stuck its taken around 1/2 hour to an hour to be moved.
That IMHO is almost perfect. Good job peeps, keep it up.
My only complaint about customer service has really been on the forum/news side, ie keeping us well informed. Which I beleive over time they will get better at.

Joshua Calvert: Why did you have to contact Customer support? You can just change via the site can't you? Or was there just a problem?

Yup. They've been great so far. On the numerous times I've been stuck they've been prompt and polite (even if they did move me to the last place I wanted to be, but you can't have everything).
Customer service is very much a garbage in/garbage out affair. If you rant and rave like a tinfoil hatted loon then you'll get put to the back of the queue, you could argue that it shouldn't work like that but it does. Hell, I actively encouraged it when I used to manage a Helpdesk, common courtesy costs nothing, people's stress levels can cost a fortune. Show a little patience and it reaps rewards.
Thumbs up for CCP on the support front so far. Excellent job.

I really don't like it that most demands for support are now routed to the email support.

all the times iv had to deal with custmer support things whent nice and smoothly albiet a bit slow but thats to be expected
