vs guristas + serpentis, answer = No, its rather easy if you have sufficient skills, my alt had 3mil sp (mostly frig weapons/ships/support skills) and could solo lvl 3's in her enyo v.easily. vs angel's its alot harder as they deal alot more explosive damage, enyo's dont like exp damage :/

I'd go with 4 125 t2 rails and lose the thermal plate for another cpr or explosive plate for Angels.
Orbit at about 3700m (I have crap missle skills) and pop away. Any close orbiting ships like guardian vets webb and move away from them and they go pop.
Done Angel extravaganza & Serp extrav with no probs. |

Yes, ditch the 150mm's and fit a full rack of 125mm's. Also drop the thermic plate and stick another mag stab II on there. For Angel missions, replace a damage mod and cap relay for 1x adaptive nano and 1x explosive hardener.
And as far as the repairer is concerned, run it in "bursts". You can avoid alot of damage by keeping your transverse velocity up eliminating the need to run that repairer the whole time.
note: even w/ high skills the Enyo's cap get's used up pretty quick (particularly if you're running the AB/Web/SAR simultaneously).

i do lvl 3 agent missions in my Retribution, they are all easy, only one mission which can be a little tricky is spy stash, if you get all the cruisers and frigs aggro you at once.

You don't really need a webber - 125 rails track fast enough to hit anything. Replace the webber with a cap recharger II. Run T2 small armour rep, 2 x cap relays, and hardener of choice in lows (I use an energised adaptive nano II, changing it for an explosive hardener for angels).
Once you are orbiting, you don't absolutely need to keep the AB on, so turning it off is a good way of preserving cap. If you still need more cap to keep the armour repper running, turn your guns off for a bit as well.
Other than cap skills and controlled bursts, the biggest improvement you can make is a gistii AB, but you'll need ~50mil for that.
