Hi !
I only being playing this game for 3 days and i'm wondering something. Friday i was able to play fine, yesterday it was playable with some lag spike. Now i log in the game and i can't do anything at all. Any action i do have a 1 to 2 min lag delay. My questions :
1- Is it always like that during weekends ?
2- Do they expect to keep trial players with such a poor performance ?

I've been playing for roughly 2 months now, and have only rarely experienced severe lag. Sometimes, specific systems can be bad because of the large number of objects being handled there. A great example is Oursalaert which maintains a 250+ population 
If you're on dialup (like me), avoiding these high-traffic areas would be a good idea

Oh well i just quit, i click undock and 3 min later i'm still not in space. I'm on cable.

I only get lag in oursaelert, niya, jita, and the other major hubs, and even then only rarely.
CCP is freaked out about this (its because of all the new players) and is ordering tons of new servers to speed things up. Just move out of the hubs and bear with it.

315 peoples in local right now, 5 min after clicking dock i'm still waiting to start warping.

Try staying in places where you have between 0 people to 100 people max. Helps a lot. Also, systems that seem to have 30-60 ppl on non-peak hours can be bloated easily during peak times. Keep a list of those systems and avoid if possible.

This could also be down to the server failover they experienced this weekend. I noticed minimal lag Friday but insane lag Saturday and minimal again Sunday, all in the same system.

Might also be your system to a point...try running in full screen if your not already, and turn off all audio in the game see if that helps.
