Since Chribba lost his cottage from TEST  ....I wonder if there are other stations offering docking and jump cloning facilities to the public. |

Dont think so.
But there is always Estel arador corp services you can use.
When a WoW player leaves to return to WoW, the avg. IQ of both games rises.

Thank you. This option seems very useful but I prefer to avoid the hassle of quitting-joining corporations, really. |

get a Rorqual, or standings with a corp having cloning services (otherwise, you're unfortunately SOL).

There are Npc stations in null but still need 8.0 corp standing to use or could join a 0.0 corp.
Always willing to help all you have to do is ask, though if your in the other fleet I may not help the way you want. Just a heads up. |

You might want to talk to a diplomat from one of the Providence alliances if you have 'standings' with them.
Personally, I am Kill On Sight in Provi for a series of really good reasons, but you might find you can happily dock at their stations, as they are Not Red Dont Shoot, so the default is you can use the facilities.

Keep in mind that the Rorqual only works with 2 players/characters.
The person who is flying the rorqual can't make a JC in it, only "visitors" can.
When a WoW player leaves to return to WoW, the avg. IQ of both games rises.
