Nah, Heikki is very good at what he does.
Unless you've spent a lot of time around the systems he operates in and continuously have to avoid him, on the surface he appears to be just a guy who sits on gates and smartbombs. Thats not the case.

Not including BoB pilots...
1.Ryan routine from G(probably one of the beter pvpers outside of BoB I have run into, very hard to catch)
2.Stradvarious(with his warp core guerilla warfare style)and jamesw(in his tanked dominix) from VC are both fun to play with.
3.Freindmaster from FA(He may die alot but he always comes out for pvp action and often fights badly outnumbered)
There are alot more but these are people I have seen in the last couple months that have been keeping BoB busy.

Spankage Inc - Wouldn't play with them if I didn't like and respect 'em 
More specifically;
Allies & Friends;
1) Light Darkness; I love flying under him, he has a great tacticle mind, able to command fleets when in different systems competently, the only words you hear from him when we're told we're outnumbered is "oooh, nice!".. The guy will engage and you have fun under his command.
2) El Toppolino; Always wants to fight whatever the odds
3) sariss: Great technical knowledge, can kill anything in a rifter.. And if he doesn't, he'll be back and he will kill you.
In brief: Dirty Mick (Domi!), Jacuro(mad), Stuart Waterman(skilled), Minnow Maught(versatile), Aeon(smartbombs loot thieves!), Pikefly and J Johnson(wasted where they are  )
Enemies;

Err no afaik I he said that because I will warp in on an enemy fleet by myself(well my 3 selves) no matter what the size lol... I'm not stupid enough to let 40+ BS shoot at me so yes I sit out where I can hit and most of them can't, shouldn't have brought a knife to a gunfight , well usually anyways, I have been known to make slight range misjudgements from time to time  As for having brass balls for that I dunno, maybe ceramic from having to have them replaced after being shot off a few times, and well you know they haven't quite perfected the casting for them yet so they can appear larger then the originals, or 2 different sizes
