Is this from firsthand experience or just "what a mate told me"? Has someone actually tried to transfer a char that belongs to a player corp to their other account and received an error or warning that they can't?

Same here, transferred an alt from one of my accounts to the other and never had to leave corp.

Well if CCP does not allow this I am not aware of that. If they don't then please have a moderator end this thread and I will never do it again.
And of course IMA SPY is not the char in question, just the broker for the deal.... |

1) fourm mods dont ban people they lack the power
2) Gm's dont ban people for char scaming normaly let alone trying to do something the game wont even let you do
3) eve makes money off of people playing so they hate to ban people he need to do this repatedly to get baned.
