Mine was more of a killing spree than a single kill.
I got a group together of my enyo (blasters) and 2 thrashers.
Went into the system of an enemy corp we were at war with and started looking for them.
First we found a caracal at planet 1, then followed it to a gate where we popped it and podded the pilot with no damage taken (defenders ftw)
Then we warped to their station and popped a rifter and kessy and got both pods.
Then warped out again and back in at one of their well known SS's at their station, we landed ontop of 2x cruisers (2x ruptures i think) which we engaged, taking one down and the other running.
Then a kestrel warped in so we popped that and then left system after they gave up.
I will never forget that 20minutes, it was one of the best times, if not the best, of eve for me.

either an apoc in my plated autocannon wolf that somehow tanked 2 torps forever (pre-torp nerf). Or my latest vid me vs wolf + hawk in a claw.

Killed a tempest in meh rifter. Ebil Lodhi is on teh kill mail though, but only because he arrived when he was into structure 
Plenty of ferox kills in a rifter.
Another good one was when a bunch of noobs tried to gank my wolf with a ferox/BB/Caracel/Merlin. Merlin and Ferox died, the caracel guy ejected, so I podded him, and the BB ran away \o/

Best kill definately for me was the indy pwnage; Itty III had trade goods worth of 160 millions.. which he could've sold in a system earlier, in secure space. Nevertheless I ganked it, collected the loot 15 minutes later and sold it right there for ~160 mil isk. I was one happy pierat

Megathron fitted for Serpentis missions in my Harpy. Was a close one, he had drones out and CMs eating my shields slowly. Checking the killmail he had 1 or 2 WCS and i didn't even scramble him.
A few days later I killed a Geddon solo again in my Harpy. Wasn't that exciting cause he had no modules fitted...
Taking a Retribution and a Malediciton alone in my Harpy was one of my favorite fights, they got me deep into armor before the Retri died and the Malediciton ran off. My harpy vs Wolf, Rupture and Vengeance was cool too. They came out of warp one by one. The Vengeance ran as he came out an just saw the 2 lootcans of his friends. tbh, I was lucky, didn't have any cap boosters and just a bit ammo left, probably not enough to kill a Vengeance...

I dunno what to say, the above kills are pretty damm impressive. But, my one blows em all out of the water. It took 3 of us to do it and to take 3 for this job was damm amazing, heres the kill mail.

not my biggest kill , but definnitive my funniest and one of my first kills ever.
My corp had an empirewar against Demon Clan , and I got ambushed at gate in my Thorax, By a Blackbird, Claw and an Ares. I killed the Claw and the Ares pretty quick , and managed to escape with hull damage.
But only minutes after they managed to get back on me with two Hac and that BB , and I was soo dead
But surely ...gave me the taste of sweet blod

Embarassed to say it, but my biggest solo kill was when a Ferox and Manticore ambushed my Thorax at a belt. Took out the Ferox, and then another Thorax warped in immediately after I recalled my drones. I barely got out in time with 1/4 armor left.

best kill was a wolf, claw and a t1 frig agaisnt a scorp. he was flagged and had run to a planet. we warped in right on top of him. the frig had dampners so he couldn't lock us for ages. We had him in structure before he locked the first one down, after that it was just a matter of time :)

Wel, not sure what a 'best' kill is...
I killed 2 thoraxes and a mining barge in a kestrel.
If anyone remembers smokie, him and I took on a fleet of 7 with him in a scorp, and me in a shuttle. 5 of them died. :)
I was in a badger mk2 going through low sec, and a guy in a scorp was gate camping, I had an EW setup, so I jammed him and warp scrambled him long enough for the sentrys to blow him up.
Biggest would be killing a Raven with 6 arbalests, and selling the 4 that didnt get blown up for 220 mil.
Biggest would probably be popping a raven with arbalests siege pre-nerf. Selling 4 of them for 220 mil.
